I personally do not like the regular / typical flat guitar picks that have long been the standard pick that most people have used. I tend to hold my picks very tightly and they move too much between my fingers which is a problem during long songs or fast playing. I've tried a number of other niche brands that make all sorts of picks with grips, nubs, holes in center, etc., and wasn't really satisfied with any of them. I came across the Rombo website and ordered their multi-pick sample pack and tried it out. They actually have 3 picks I liked, but it is the Rombo Jade that has become my everyday guitar pick now. The thickness and slight dip in the middle of the pick greatly enhances my grip and I rarely have issues now since I switched to the Jade. Each of their picks enhances different types of playing as well, so you can actually change your sound / tone somewhat just by switching between Rombo's picks. If you don't like the flat, skinny picks, try Rombo, they probably have something that will work for you.

The horizon is my personal favorite ROMBO.THE FAT END PROVIDES GRIP AND I SWEAR THIS PLECTRUM SLIDES OFF EACH NOTE.AS TO NOT HEAR ANY PICK NOISE....TRY THE HORIZON AND TELL ME ITS NOT A PERFECT DESIGNED PICK.I LOVE ALL MINE I THINK I HAVE 58 ROMBO PICKS.THEY'RE EVERYWHERE. I MAKE SURE OF THAT...YOU GUYS REALLY HAVE OFFERED SOMETHING DIFFERENT, SOMETHING NEW,AND MOST IMPORTANT SOMETHING THAT DOES ITS JOB SO WELL YOU'LL NOT WANT ANOTHER PICK IN YOUR HAND AGAIN...AND THE STRAP LOCKS RULE!!

All guitar picks from Rombo are killer, but the diamond picks in particular are incredible for super accurate string work. Try them, you absolutely wont be disappointed!

Since the first horizon came in a gift pk. It's been the only pick I use.And Judith and the crew at ROMBO HAVE CHANGED MY PLAYING.

I've used Jazz 3 picks for years, and these Rombo Shells are my new favourites. The picks are easy to grip, and comfortable to use.
The tip of the pick is great for precise picking, and the material is very durable.
I'm really happy with these picks.

To give you an idea of the context, I play a lot of shred and metal style guitar (it’s been 15 years now!) I got the black eco picks, and I love that they’re meant to be more sustainable for the Earth. How does it get any better than that?

I absolutely love these picks. These are the ones I was intuitively guided to when I was looking at the options, and they play like a dream. They are super accurate with the picking (even more accurate than the other sharp and thick picks I’ve played with! Though I can’t say I’ve tried ALL brands, I will say these are great.). They’re also comfortable and can contribute to a great tone.

I really appreciate these picks, and I would highly recommend them for most anyone who likes thicker picks, accurate picking, and anyone who plays more of a metal or shred style of guitar.

I bought a set for my grsndaughter, becasue i love them so much. She was thrilled to get the assortment and start learning which she prefers.

There’s something special about playing with these picks… I’ve usually used medium picks as my go to but not been too picky - pun intended - about the gauge.. these hit that sweet spot and I can’t put my finger on what exactly it is but I’m sharing them with my guitar playing friends as I think everybody should give these a try. Definitely buying more. 🤩

Excellent quality, innovative designs, and very comfortable to use. Great Tactile feel to these picks; Some of the shapes are quite unusual but work surprisingly well. try the different options, you'll be pleasantly surprised !!

I thought that these picks were great quality and good or finding the perfect pick for you and playing different genres. My only complaint is the picks were very difficult to pick off the card for me.

It took an unbelievable amount of time for these to arrive. Based on when you contacted me, I believe that this sat in US Customs (or similar) for a very long time. Fortunately, I ordered 2+ months before my friend's birthday, and it came in just a few days before the birthday.
If I consider this to be a "sample pack", then this is too expensive. If these were in a music store, guitarist would try them for free and only buy their favorites. For some, the "favorite" would be the best "bang for the buck". For others, they would pay much more, I'm sure.
My friend is very enthusiastic about all kinds of music gear, but he has given no feedback on this. It is somewhat rude to ask him, and he might feel pressured to say they are "pretty good" even if he does not think that. So, I don't want to push him for feedback on what is mostly a "sampler".
Regardless, I still like the idea of selling it in a package that I can try multiple picks for 1-2 days.

I bought 3 different picks, and this is my favorite. I am partial to smaller pick bodies; even though this one is a bit larger, the tip is sharp and the grip is comfortable. All of their picks are great, so you just have to choose what style and thickness you want.
