These are great and I own 4 of them. I love them. The ONLY things I have found to be an issue are:

They don't hold thin picks too well. At least mine don't.
If you hang your guitars, the hangers knock the picks out unless you're really careful. I've found that I can put them behind the bridge on my guitars and they stay put and aren't in the way =)
