Prismas

Are my steady “go to” for jamming with backing tracks. I LOVE the ability to spin them for more pointed attacking.

Love the grip, not the Material

I really like what this company is doing in regard to shape, grip, texture, variety, etc in the world of guitar picks.
I use telefunken and wegen picks, the tri-shapes, and was hoping this could be a cool new alternative to my trusted go-to’s.
I like how sharp the triangle is, but it’s way too small for me. Most tri-picks are larger than this and I’ve come to rely on the width, and this is just not big enough. Maybe a larger version?
But the hardest thing for me is the material. I don’t like it. As thin as these tri’s are, the plastic used feels waxy at this thickness. The thicker Rombo’s I’ve used feel less so. This pick doesn’t glide over the strings the way I like. The picks i normally use are made of hardened delfin plastic or graphite, so maybe I’m just not compatible with this material.
All that aside, very few other companies are even trying to give people this many options, and to try something new, they should be applauded for that.
You might like these Tri’s, but it’s back to wegen and telefunken for me.
Best of luck Rombo.

RETHINKING THE IDEA OF THE GUITAR PICK

We believe shapes, materials, and textures are completely essential to fully control every chord. Guitar picks can help us achieve this.

When it comes to guitar picks there are four main attributes: thickness, shape, material, and size. These attributes define 80% percent of a guitar pick.

However, the last 20%, contains improvements, and attention to detail, making the playing experience much more comfortable, giving you better results, and a more enjoyable playing experience.

These aspects are essential to get the most out of this guitar accessory.

GUITAR PICKS DESIGNED AND ENGINEERED IN STUTTGART, GERMANY

Since 2019, Rombo has been researching surface finish and design in order to find the perfect balance between grip, ergonomics, and function in guitar picks and other guitar accessories.

We are Judith and Carlos. We both love music, guitars, product development, challenges, and attention to detail, so Rombo was the perfect excuse to mix all these things together and have some amazing adventures.

Every guitarist has different preferences. Throughout our development, we have involved as many professional guitarists as possible, and asked them to define how their perfect material should feel.
